Our mission is to turn your small business into a unique and profitable online powerhouse. Here’s how…
Most of our customers can be described as entrepreneurs with a calling. They have something important to say; they just need a little help delivering the message. They may have a fully staffed downtown office or they could be working from home. These entrepreneurs are CEOs, inventors, artists, writers, therapists, restaurateurs, consultants and coaches. We want to work with small businesses, startups and home offices. We embrace professionals with a dream who are willing to commit to achieving their goals.
Reid Hoffman, the founder of LinkedIn, has the most epic description of our ideal client:
“An entrepreneur is someone who jumps off a cliff and builds a plane on the way down.”
Our goal is to help passionate, hungry businesses thrive by teaching them to find their purpose, their voice and their tribe. Why? Because it’s the most genuine and exciting way to succeed.
Know Your Purpose
Where a lot of advertising and marketing agencies fail is that they forget to ask their clients why they are doing what they are doing. What is the point of all your hard work? We know you want to be financially secure–and we want to get you there too–but there must be something beyond that.
If you don’t already know your purpose, we’ll work with you to find it. That’s right, there will be homework! The road to success isn’t for the faint of heart, but we promise it will be immensely rewarding.
Once we figure out what your purpose is, we’ll distill it down to its essence until we can say it in one clear, poignant sentence. That will be a fabulous day. The truth is you cannot achieve a goal until you understand why you’re working so hard to get it.
Find Your Voice
The most successful companies have one thing in common: a unique voice. Regardless of what their craft is, you know immediately who they are, what they offer and what they stand for.
Ad agencies may call that branding, but I feel that finding your voice is a more authentic experience that goes beyond brand identity. It also makes the marketing part easier.
It doesn’t have to be the prettiest voice or the most polished voice, it just has to be a voice unlike any other.
Let’s put this theory in musical terms. Do you immediately know a Bruce Springsteen song when you hear it? Of course you do. The Boss has a unique voice that is unmistakable. This American original has leveraged a scratchy, imperfect voice into one of the most successful musical acts of all time.
Find Your Tribe
Once you find your voice, you need to find your tribe; these people already want or need your service or product. They’re looking for you and when they find you, they’ll be more than happy to be your brand’s best evangelist.
Your tribe usually shares your values. They get you. Not only will these true fans be a critical element of your marketing, but you’ll absolutely love creating more products, services and experiences for them.
Here’s the thing–once you meet your tribe, you will need to communicate with them, without a sales pitch, and listen to their feedback. Yes, that means listen to them even when they criticize you; maybe especially when they criticize you. Your tribe will help you get back on track faster than lagging sales ever will.
What Are You Waiting For?
Are you tired of getting lost in a sea of competitors? Do you want to fulfill your purpose, discover your voice and find your tribe?
If you are, please reach out to us. We can’t wait to get you there.
